How do you ensure the beer arrives fresh?
We store all our inventory in temperature-controlled facilities and use reinforced, insulated packaging to protect your bottles and cans from light and heat during transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, 18+ in the UK/EU). Our couriers cannot leave packages unattended.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking link via email.
Can I build my own custom mixed pack?
Absolutely! You can purchase individual cans and bottles to create a bespoke selection, or choose one of our curated 'Discovery Boxes' for a guided tasting experience.
