Eight Acre celebrates Burnt Mills 8th birthday! This West Coast beer is a nod to the much loved West Coast style beers we drank years ago. With a lean and crisp malt bill for a robust hopping schedule. A blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus have been used at 4 different stages for bittering and whirlpool additions to layer up the flavours and give a balanced bitterness. Amarillo, Simcoe are added along with a touch of Columbus and Centennial in the dry hop for an overripe citrus and pine crush. Splitting the hop bill into 8 component parts creates a deliciously layered birthday celebration.
