Poles Apart is a solid West Coast IPA with extra pale, Vienna and dextrin malts for a clean and lean malt base.

With both Citra and Columbus in the whirlpool to give a citrusy and resinous layer to build on with the dry hop. More Citra and Columbus were used in the dry hop, backed up with Mosaic and a touch of Chinook for some added complexity. The resulting beer is full of citrus and tropical fruits married with piney resinous flavours and a lingering bitterness
