Elusive Ephemeris Centennial & Amarillo Pale Ale 440ml (4.5%)

Ephemeris refers to a point in time which is arbitrarily selected as a point of reference. When designing West Coast-style recipes, Elusive tend to think about the anchor points in terms of hops and bitterness. The recipe here uses two hops which are very much part of this baseline. You can expect notes of candied orange and grapefruit in this bright and bitter beer.
