
The Story
This blended golden sour beer was fermented with an ultra–tropical Brettanomyces house culture, and conditioned 220g/l of pineapple and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions.
