For the final beer in the BCA series, Northern Monk took the king of the US hops, Citra, and paired it with the gold-standard of English hops, East Kent Goldings. Citra brings its signature tropical and citrus punch, which underpins the tangerine, mint and floral notes of East Kent Goldings.
