Palate
On the palate you’ll get some red fruit, complemented by notes of dark fruits (black cherry, blackberry).

Finish
Well-integrated oak. Medium alcohol, medium acidity. Ripe tannins and a clean finish.

Grape: Cinsault
Year: 2022
Alcohol: 12%

Hand-harvested, whole bunch, spontaneous fermentation, barrel-matured for ten months.
