Super juicy with incredible rich notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Rosso Long Maceration is a small batch blend looking at how extended skin contact affects a beer-wine hybrid. This aged golden wild ale was rested for 8 months (compared to the usual one month) on Pinot Noir skins from Gutter and Stars winery. Beautiful.
