The malt bill is simple yet deliberate—one light-colored base malt combined with a heavy dose of high-protein flaked oats and wheat, forming a smooth, pillowy base that allows the hops to truly shine. The result? A silky, almost freshly squeezed juice-like texture with an explosion of tropical aromas—papaya, lychee, mango, and passionfruit. The aftertaste lingers with bright tangerine and sweet orange peel, finished off with just enough bitterness to counterbalance the malt sweetness. At 6.5% ABV, it’s deceivingly smooth yet packed with complexity.
