The Story

Terratempo is an exciting new venture venture from Lee Daniels, previosuly of Cloudwaters barrel ageing project. Terra – meaning land, earth. Tempo – weather, time.

"Break" Spontaneously fermented and aged in Oak barrels oak this beer was then dry hopped with the most concentrated and impactful hop products on the market ; hop forward, pithy and resinous this beer represents the endless possibilities of new brewing technology in old-world brewing techniques.

Based on a hop farm in Surrey this project, is a 100% rustic planet friendly process. No co2, no harsh brewing chemicals no electricity and the wort is made on a 10 barrel solar powered kit. This is the truest sense of sustainability.

The beers are spontaneously fermented via coolship but that is where the link to spontaneous beers ends. The founder has been working in the modern ‘craft’ beer industry for almost a decade, so understands how to utilise the best elements of modern processes as well as ensuring that the worst elements can be rejected.
