The Story
Anchovy has such a unique flavour profile, that to really put it through its paces, Track have gone ahead and used it to brew their first ever Bright IPA.
Anchovy? It's an experimental variety bred by Segal Ranch, a third-generation family hop farm in Yakima, Washington, and named by Matt and Brian from Fast Fashion who sponsored the initial acreage. Be confident in the knowledge that it tastes absolutely nothing like fish. We're getting watermelon sweets, lemon zest, candy sticks, some subtle coconut and a sprinkle of spruce in the finish.
Allergens: Malted Barley, Oats, Wheat
