Loosely Influenced by the Franconian Rotbier style, Utopian added a late dry hop to give this traditional Amber lager style a new twist. A traditional double decoction mash develops rich, bready malt flavours onto which are layered delicate mint and floral flavours from the Fuggles dry hop. Full bodied yet clean and refreshing -a beautiful combo.
