The Story
Time & Tide are a big fan of Burnt Mills style of West Coasts so together they've created a classic IPA to stir up lots of fond memories. With a glowing golden hue and sticky malt characteristics we've used Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus hops for more classic vibes. The beer is brimming with delicious resinous citrus and pine notes, and rounds off with a robust bitterness.
