The Story

100% Cabernet Franc from Loire Valley, France.

Fine bubbles • biscuit • red fruit • velvety

This ancestral method sparkling wine is made from Cabernet Franc and exhibits a beautiful pink colour. It is noted for its delicate fine bubbles, velvety smoothness on the palate, and a flavour profile that includes red fruit, biscuit, and peach notes. Fermentation starts in stainless steel and finishes in the bottle, with no additions, resulting in a lively, authentic, and slightly rustic natural fizz.

Clos Kixhaya is the project of winemakers Beatrice Papamija and Étienne Le Blanc, based in the Loire Valley. Their philosophy is one of minimal intervention, with their vineyards in the third year of organic conversion, although they work beyond the minimum requirements for both organic and biodynamic certification. They place biodiversity as a priority, striving to promote life in the vineyard and disturb the natural environment as little as possible
