A new wine from Gonzalo Grijalba, the man behind Gran Cerdo (Big Pig label). This is another easy-drinking natural white wine made primarily from Viura, with a small proportion of other native white grapes from organically farmed vineyards in the Rioja region.
Winemaker Gonzalo Grijalba has developed a passionate following for his rejection of chemical farming in favour of biodynamic and sustainable methods. He farms without pesticides or herbicides, relying instead on natural treatments that support the health of the soil and vines. Though not certified organic, his commitment to biodiversity and low-intervention winemaking is unwavering.
