SOUP RAKAU….. it’s like Jay-z (mosaic) and Beyonce (citra) adopted an antipodean child and called it Stone Fruit. New Zealand hops such as Rakau really are leading the way with the perfect balance of Fruit, resinous and dank charateristics. Here we are dealt heaps of Apricots & Peaches, which just always pair well with the ever present mango and passion fruit from Citra and Mosaic and a hint of dankness coming through, just humming in the background.
