The Story
Lehua is a traditional mead featuring Lehua blossom honey from Hawaii thats been aged in French oak. Lehua blossoms are among the first to show up in the Spring; they are nurtured by the tropical rain and sunshine and are indigenous to a relatively small part of the planet. This honey brought in from the big island of Oahu. The resultant wine is almost colorless, optically perfect and features flavors of Honeycrisp apple, fresh melon, stone fruit, and some floral vibes.
