The Story
Part of a quartet of special releases for Gravity Wells Singularity Series, Makkuro is their first ever imperial stout brewed without adjuncts. Of course they have made stouts with cacao, coconut, vanilla, blueberry, ginger - all sorts. But whenever they did, there was a little voice saying "but it's so delicious as it is, why not just leave it?" So this time they listened to that voice and created a deliciously drinkable imperial stout using nothing but the finest malts. Not a doughnut in sight.
