Their goal is to craft light, fresh, and expressive natural wines with absolutely no additives. The name 'LaRural' is a nod to their connection to the rural environment and is a homage to their mother, who was the primary caretaker of the vineyards before they took over. They champion forgotten local grape varieties, farming their plots—composed of lime, clay, and river stone—with complete organic certification.
