The Story
Wildberry mead, conditioned on Ugandan vanilla beans.
The extensive process behind this product started out by making six different meads separately. Fermenting each fruit variety separately with different yeast and giving each the different care they need to get the most out of each fruit. After fermentation and conditioning separately, they were meticulously blended after performing a lot of blending trials. The blend was left to age on Ugandan vanilla beans before bottling.
