Impact Hypothesis is a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, aged in a single barrel of Woodford Reserve Bourbon for over 18 months and finished with cinnamon and vanilla.
Part of a trio of releases from the elusive Primordial Brewing. Primoridial are a contract brewery based in England, focusing on oak aged beers, and all of their beers so far have been brewed and aged at Bereta in Romainia. Sound's interesting to us, and with only 3 cases making it to the UK it's one to be savoured.
