Schramms Apple Crisp (Batch 2) Cyser Mead 375ml (14%)

Schramm’s Apple Crisp is a spiced cyser (apple and honey) and a celebration of Michigan fall days.

Utilizing locally sourced apple cider and fermented in small batches with its own yeast. Pleasant notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of madagascar vanilla bean are added to compliment without overpowering the pure flavor of delicious Michigan apples. This mead will pair wonderfully with any savory roast or grilled pork dish, as well as a multitude of desserts, or can be served warm with a splash of whiskey & a cinnamon stick for a delicious fall treat.
